How to brew Drip Coffee
1. Warm cup
Get your cup ready and pour some hot water into it to warm it up. The function is to prevent the brewed coffee from cooling down too quickly. The flavor of the coffee will change as the temperature drops. If the temperature drops too fast, many different tastes will be missed. Furthermore, the temperature of the brewing water is very important. It is recommended that the temperature be between 85 and 90 degrees. If the brewed coffee is too bitter, you can try to lower the water temperature. On the contrary, if it is too light or too astringent, the water temperature can be raised, but the range should still be between 85 and 90 degrees.2. Drip Coffee bag

3. Pre-wet

The strength of the coffee can be adjusted with the pre-wetting time, and it can be extended to 40 seconds to get a stronger coffee.
4. Water injection
The second water injection can be poured until the filter paper is 80% full. It is best to use a slender water flow. After the water flows down to the pre-wet height, you can continue to fill the water to 80% full until the appropriate capacity is quenched.
